The Press-Enterprise cites strong interest by Riverside and San Bernardino counties to count every person during the 2020 Census by joining the Inland Empire “complete count committee”. The Center for Social Innovation is at the center of the efforts,  as a strategic partner that aims to bring together leaders from local governments, businesses, and nonprofits with the hopes of boosting the number of people counted.
