“In an effort to elevate policy discourse in the region and bring down the usual silos, the Southern California News Group, in partnership with the Center for Social Innovation, UC Riverside (CSI-UCR), is launching the SoCal Policy Forum.” Many times it is difficult to gather everyone to the table to discuss the many issues involving the community. This initiative is aimed at bringing those voices together with the intent of providing solutions to the range of issues that folks from Southern California face. Each month there will be a topic where these experts will provide their own perspective to shed some light on the different aspects towards an issue. Soon, the SPF will also host live and in-person forums open to the public.
