Will more hate crime laws help #StopAsianHate? Not all Asian Iowans agree

The increase in Asian violence and verbal abuse has prompted many across the country to attend rallies in the U.S. In Iowa, some feel that hate crime bills are not enough to help resolve the issue. According to AAPI Data, Only 30% of Asian Americans and 36% of Pacific Islanders feel very comfortable reporting hate crimes. This ongoing issue has people divided on what can be done to resolve this ongoing issue.
